Arthritis in dogs: early signs not to ignore

Osteoarthritis is often associated with older dogs. However, it can appear earlier, especially in certain breeds or after an injury.

Does your dog have more difficulty getting up in the morning? Does he hesitate to go up stairs, jump less into the car, or seem less motivated to play? These small changes can be the first signs of joint discomfort.

Fortunately, there are solutions to improve his comfort: maintaining an ideal weight, adapting walks, prioritizing regular exercise, and consulting your veterinarian if symptoms persist.

An aging dog does not necessarily have pain... but he deserves our attention to the small signals he sends us.
