Recall: one of the most important learning processes

Being able to call your dog back safely is essential, whether in the forest, at the park, or on the beach.

The secret to a good recall? Always make returning to you a positive experience. Praise, petting, play, or treats: your dog should want to come back, not feel like the walk is over.

Start in a quiet, distraction-free place, then gradually increase the difficulty.

And most importantly, avoid using recall only to go home... your dog would eventually catch on!
